THE PROGRAM
For almost 30 years, Morganti Ju-Jitsu has grown with solid bases inside and outside Brazil. Always with the premise of not accepting affiliations and training our students from the beginning to the black belt. Until a few years ago, the state of São Paulo was still used as a training base for most teachers, even contributing to the change of these to other locations, with the dream of expanding MJJ and achieving professional growth and personal fulfillment.
However, with exacerbated growth and a great motivation to not only increase the number of practitioners, but to expand the scope of MJJ in the world, the ideal solution to the problem arises. The creation of an instructor training program, which values a quality standard and selects the best candidates.
The fact is, direct affiliations are a problem within the martial arts universe, and this is something that we always fight and will continue to fight. Teachers who do not submit to grading tests pay a fee, and start to “represent” the arts / federations.
We do not agree with this conduct, however, the high demand for students in Brazil requires an increase in the number of trained instructors!
So how can we continue to stimulate growth, but without losing quality and giving up our virtues?
For years, Shidoshi Ricardo Morganti and his team developed a methodology to train teachers in the way that should be done, in our view, and with the advancement of the internet, and the creation of Morganti University, this methodology becomes even more precise and complete!
The first steps
HOW TO BE PART OF THE PROGRAM?

After receiving clearance to participate in the program, the next step is to purchase the theoretical support course within this platform. You will receive a permission password that will allow you to unlock it.
After purchasing the course, your mentor will review the stages of your training with you and, at the same time, update all members of our team on your progress. The theoretical modules of the course will be released in a spaced manner and will be in synergy with all the ongoing practical stages, aiming at the best possible absorption of knowledge and the development of a logical and intuitive sequence of stages that will guarantee excellent training.
After completing the steps and receiving full support from your mentor, you will be fully qualified to start teaching and representing the Morganti Ju-Jitsu family name. It is a huge responsibility, and that is why we count on your commitment!

How will it work?
There are no shortcuts in this program!
Upon receiving permission to start, a Sensei will be assigned to accompany your journey as a mentor, this has been prepared for years to train you in the best possible way!
At the same time, you will start the theoretical support material on this platform, taking a spaced-out course with all the disciplines of the renowned Brazilian course “Autoridade Marcial”, which added to yet another series of fundamental knowledge about Morganti Ju-Jitsu and the teaching methodology, culminate in a material of more than 300 hours!
After joining our team, you will have monthly meetings, technical and practical seminars, training with your mentor, and you should watch classes weekly, learning all about the universe of Morganti Ju-Jitsu.
During the course of the program, concurrently with all the steps mentioned above, you will have your grading tests, first for the yellow belt, whose content is available within the platform, later orange, red, and so on.
If you already teach in another martial art, from graduation to the yellow belt, you will have already learned enough knowledge to give classes, and you must take a practical test applied by your mentor and tutor, where you will prove your proficiency in Morganti Ju-Jitsu , and then you can start to instruct other students. If you have no previous experience, the same process must be done, but you will only have your permission from the red belt.
From the moment of the approval on the proficiency test, you will receive a striped belt which represents your stage as instructor, but your belt remains the one you are graduating from, just like any student.
