Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms are sent directly to the Morganti University team’s e-mails, collaborating for faster response and better service to our customer.

Instructor Training Program Policy (Gaibu and Naibu Menkyo)

It is clear that when purchasing this course, the student is acquiring a professional training course for teaching Morganti Ju-Jitsu. Within the program there will be theoretical and practical tests, the theoretical ones will be evaluated by the platform, and the practices will be evaluated by mentors and tutors who will submit the student to the presentation of the content described in the courses.

The programs (Naibu Menkyo and Gaibu Menkyo) by itself do not give the license, authorization, or permission for represent, or give classes of Morganti Ju-Jitsu, being in partnership with the competent bodies together with the course, as well as the Grand Master Ricardo Morganti, compose the set of presentations and procedures for such acts.

The license to teach is given outside this platform through an annual application of content described by the Grand Master Ricardo Morganti and followed by all associations, federations and teams that must, every January of each year, undergo a practical test to obtain authorization to represent Morganti Ju-Jitsu that year.

Every Morganti Ju-Jitsu instructor must prepare its students according to the schedule described by their associations and federations for their participation.

If the intention is withdrawn at any time, or for any reason of no longer representing MJJ, the instructor is prevented from using the name, brand, intellectual property, as well as competition rules in future entities or even in classes that the same would give out of MJJ.

As with digital handouts and official books, the materials hosted in the courses mentioned above are protected by copyright and registration. The disclosure and reproduction of your content outside the platform, such as: disclosure, transmission, downloading to third parties, is prohibited and characterized as piracy, making the responsible (s) argue (s) with the legal consequences that acts can entail.
